MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

£22k-26k pro rata, 3 days per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Nonclassical as Marketing & Communications Manager. Working closely with the Nonclassical team, the role will drive the future creative direction of the organisation and fulfil strategic aims in marketing and communications, with responsibility for:

  • Overseeing and coordinating communications strategy
  • Managing website and all online communications
  • Working with Label Manager to develop marketing strategies for the label and artist development
  • Working with Executive Director/General Manager to develop marketing strategies for events

LABEL & ARTIST DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

£20k-24k pro rata, 2 days per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Nonclassical as Label & Artist Development Manager. Working closely with the Nonclassical team, the role will drive the future creative direction of the label and fulfil strategic aims in artist and label development, with responsibility for:

  • Overseeing and coordinating label strategy
  • Coordinating and managing all digital and physical releases
  • Working with Marketing & Communications Manager to develop marketing strategies
  • Working with Executive Director/General Manager to arrange live performances and tours in connection with new and upcoming releases
